Tiered Pinwheel card

Hi everyone, today I’m sharing this unusual Tiered Pinwheel Card.

I’ve made this style without the tiered panels before in a few sizes and you can find that tutorial here.

This one folds flat and will fit into a 5″ x 7″ envelope.
