As Halloween creeps around the corner, it’s time to embrace the season of sculpting and we’re not talking about pumpkins. During spooky season, let’s focus on crafting a seriously strong booty with a magical mix of strength exercises that’ll help you feel as powerful as you look.

The Booty Craft Workout

Set Up: Squat Stand / Medium Incline

Directions:

Set a timer to perform the following set of exercises for 1 min each and in circuit format; one after the other with little to no rest in between. All of the exercises will be performed on one side, then repeated on the other side in the same manner. If you do not have a timer and prefer to do reps, perform 15-20 reps / exercise.Reverse Lunge
Kick off the spooky sweat session with a reverse lunge that powers up your glutes and hamstrings that will build strength and stability from the ground up.Kneeling Glute Press (Prone)
Fire up those glutes with this single leg press that focuses on isolating and strengthening your backside.Turned-Out Glute Press (Side Kneeling or Lying)
Add some variety to the mix by changing the angle of your glute press. It’s the perfect exercise for shaping the outer thighs and giving your booty a well-rounded lift.Single Leg Press + Outer Thigh
Finish strong with this dynamic move that challenges both your glutes and outer thighs to deliver a killer combo of strength and conditioning.
