Challenge Description
The Sleigh Your Core Challenge is all about building strength, improving balance, and enhancing functional movement – all while having fun! This holiday challenge targets your core from the inside out with dynamic movements that engage your entire body on your Total Gym.
In just 12 minutes, you’ll strengthen your torso, boost endurance, and improve your posture, making every rep count. This core-focused Total Gym challenge is your go-to for a quick, effective workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and ready to tackle the holiday hustle and beyond.

Get ready to sleigh your core with this festive holiday challenge!
Directions:
Warm-up prior to the workout and cool down with your preferred exercises afterward. The challenge is performed in circuit format, consisting of 6 exercises to be done twice:
Perform the exercises in the listed order (1-6), then repeat them in reverse (6-1).Set a timer to perform 50 seconds per exercise, using the 10-second transition time to move to the next exercise. (If you prefer reps, aim for 25-35 reps per exercise).Repeat the challenge for multiple rounds if time allows!
Total Challenge Time: 12-15 minutes (including warm-up and cool-down)
