As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the workouts that kept us strong, energized, and inspired throughout the seasons. Whether you were sculpting your summer body, tackling core challenges, or preparing for your favorite sport, the Total Gym provided a versatile and effective way to stay active at home.
