Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare Horizon Mac and Cheese according to package instructions, ensuring it’s creamy and hot. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large, oven-safe skillet (preferably cast iron), brown the bacon pieces over medium heat until crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the cooked bacon, placing it on a paper-towel-lined plate to drain. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet; discard the rest.
Add the diced shallot to the reserved bacon grease in the skillet. Sauté over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the shallots are translucent and fragrant.
Return the crispy bacon to the skillet. Add the cooked, crisp-tender broccoli florets and stir gently to combine with the shallots and bacon.
Carefully stir in the prepared Horizon Mac and Cheese, mixing thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cheesy pasta.
In a small bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, melted butter, paprika, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the panko is evenly coated.
