Atrocious Things People Have Actually Returned

Here are some things people actually returned, thinking… I wouldn’t notice? Oh, the joys of owning a DTC business.

1. Trash. So much trash. We’ve seen bubble wrap, an empty bag, cardboard, toilet paper rolls…? And more.
2. Snake skin shoes.
3. A dirty hoodie. Like it had literally been dragged through the dirt.
4. Hoodies we don’t even make.

And that’s just a few examples. Did no one teach these people that this is morally wrong and literally STEALING?! They’re not doing to this to a huge corporation that won’t notice. And that would still be wrong, btw. They’re doing this to an actual human.

Anyway, I’m posting this to expose the reality of running a DTC business in today’s day and age. It’s just crazy what people think they can get away with, just because there’s no face-to-face interaction.

Of course this doesn’t happen all the time and overall, Popflex customers are amazing! But if I go out of business one day… just saying… this is why.
