Designs That Died Part 5 🪦
I’m back with more designs that didn’t make it to production and were sent to the Popflex graveyard. Styles that were either too ugly, too expensive, orrrr you just were never going to buy them.
1. Ballerina tennis dress – I loved so much about this dress, but the construction of the skirt was just kind of a disaster sooo… graveyard.
2. Romper – Eh, I just feel like kind of a big baby in this? It’s not so bad with the waist cinched a little tigher but ultimately, people will just ask how to pee. Dead.
3. Button-up dress – Wait, why was this killed again? It’s cute! And the adjustable Y-back situation? I actually might bring this back from the dead, but question: Do we put shorts under or not? You could always wear Girl Shorts underneath! Ahh keep or kill?!
4. Romper 2 – This was me trying another version of the black one. I tried to make a little leotard underneath. The design was just a little… confused. Wasn’t feeling it.
5. Green tie dress – This one is fine, just not special enough to be Popflex.
6. Varsity jacket – This one is kinda sad because I didn’t really wanna kill it. In the end, it was going to be too expensive and I didn’t think enough of you would buy. So TELL ME should we actually keep it?
